Da könnte man was draus machen

We booked our stay in Hotel Gabl as a large group (19) and this where the first of the pleasantries began. I was in touch with Caroline from the Alpeffect offices via email and she helped with every detail of our booking and couldn't have been more helpful.||||On arrival both receptionists were super friendly and helped us all get checked in and answered all our questions.||||The rooms were ideal for our needs. We had 3 family rooms with each containing two bedrooms and 3 single rooms with one these having the optional 3rd bed. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough closet space for all our ski gear and clothes. The shower and toilet had separate rooms which I thought was a clever idea.||||Breakfast was a typical continental style buffet. It had a little bit of everything to suit everyone's needs. Dinner also began with a salat buffet. Once everyone was seated one of the excellent waiters would explain the evening's menu and would efficiently and politely take our orders. There was always options for those in our group that were vegetarian/pescetarian and the food was always delicious!||||To use the sauna you just needed to ask a member of staff to turn it on a few minutes beforehand and they would always kindly oblige. The sauna could fit maybe 8/9 at a push but was comfortable with about 4/5 people inside. It was the perfect way to recover from a tough day skiing. The hotel didn't have a boot room but had a deal with the ski rental next door to use their storage free of charge which was just as handy.||||All in all, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Great value, great location and the absolute best staff and service!!!

The accomodation was perfect for our ski group. The hotel was situated right beside our ski rental & one of the main gondolas in St Anton for quick ski starts in the morning. The staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Our breakfast & dinner each night was delicious & top quality. ||I would specifically like to shout out the amazing staff Casper, Ellen, Anders & Julie for being fantastic hosts!

We were in a large family room on top floor, 2 adults, 2 kids. Location less than a minute from the gondola and ski storage in next door shop. Hotel and childcare staff were excellent as was the food (especially afternoon tea, superb cake). Menu adaptable to dietary needs. Kids loved the childcare staff and the ski lessons were enjoyed. Was nervous after previous reviews but had a fantastic week, hotel manager couldn’t have tried harder and has a great team around him.

We stayed for a week at Hotel Gabl as an adult family of 4 via Crystal Ski. We were initially greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was able to give us all the info we needed.||||Regarding the room, it was ideal for a family of 4 and gave us ample space, particularly given the price. There was a table in the living area we could all fit around in the evening.||||The staff were the highlight of the trip. They were so welcoming and friendly throughout. They were always on hand to answer any questions regarding the resort, and their service at dinner time was fantastic. Amelia in particular was the epitomé of an evening host; she was forever cheerful and she had an intimate knowledge of the resort which she was keen to share. I felt like a local with our knowledge by the end of the week!||||The food was good throughout the week. If you’re after Michelin star quality, you shan’t receive it here. However, if you’re in need of a tasty and hearty meal at the end of a good day of skiing, this is perfect for you.||||In summary, we’d love to return to Hotel Gabl. For the price in particular, the level of service we received was nothing short of exemplary.

Amazing time at hotel Gabl. The staff were very accomodating and we appreciated their hard work and making our trip unforgettable. Would definitely recommend to groups large or small. Situated right beside the gondola it is the perfect location for groups looking to get plenty of skiing in and be able to ski back to the hotel in the afternoon.

We spent a week in the hotel with Esprit with the family - 2x 7yr olds. As usual with Esprit the staff were all very good, from the manager of the hotel who was on hand to help anyone who had problems to the childcare staff who were all awesome. The ski lessons were great for all the kids, everyone enjoyed them and the end of week races were really good.||||The hotel is a bit of a weird setup, there isn't really a relaxing area, some chairs in the entrance which do the job but not great, the bar is a tiny little room up some steps. The dining room is a bit spread out over a few different rooms although this can be handy if you want a quieter dinner. ||||Location of the hotel is great. The hire shop is next door and as part of staying in the hotel you get free storage of your skis/snowboard & boots in the shops storage overnight. Once you have your skis the main Nassereinbahn is just a few steps away which get you up the mountain. ||||We stayed in room 301 on the top floor. It was an OK room. There was not a lot of space around the beds (or no space in the smaller bedroom) and the living room was really just a corridor. The room did have a TV which had BBC1/ITV which was good but because it was on the wall there wasn't any way to watch it easily due too no seating opposite. Was nice to not be overlooked by anyone and waking up to looking out on the mountains||||Unfortunately we were in location when the resort started to shut down as part of the coronavirus lockdown. The esprit staff kept up to date as much as they could given the speed that things were changing. Felt very sorry for some of the staff which only had 24h notice that the season was over and they were on the same flight home as us. It was very strange being in resort as stuff was being shut down and getting lunch on the last day became a bit of a struggle.

Stayed here 4 years ago. Hotel is clean and comfy but lacks atmosphere. Rooms were nice and spacious but there is not enough drawers and cupboards to hang your clothes up . Be prepared to live out of your suit case. There is only a towel rail to dry wet ski gear on. We had a day of rain and it was difficult to get things dry.||||Breakfast was the best meal of the day with plenty to choose from. Afternoon tea was ok but cakes could have been better. Evening meals were disappointing. Choices are limited to a meat/ fish dish or the vegetarian option. Desert was the desert offered or the cheeseboard. Wine was ok. ||||All the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They always looked smart in their uniforms and were always polite.||||We had 3 Grand children who skied morning and afternoon and went to the coco club in the evening. They had a wonderful holiday and loved the ski lessons . They all improved over the week and were skiing the black runs.||||We have been on 7 holidays with Esprit but this was our last one as our Grandchildren are at an ability to ski with us all day. They are a great company if you are looking for fantastic child care and skiing.
